Innovation Teams
These are the 3 Innovation Teams Projects I was a part of at UCCS.

City of Colorado Springs
Worked on a team of Innovation Consultants. This was my first Team's class and this project centered around the City of Colorado Springs, Olympic City USA apparel line & branding initiatives. The team built a website, created a sales slick, took pictures, conducted a survey, researched other cities branding success, and created an awareness campaign. I played a few parts on this team. I surveyed locals at UCCS and Chapel Hills Mall to better understand popular products. I researched Las Vegas and their branding of "Sin City." Helped out with pictures in a photo studio for the sales slick and initiated an awareness campaign.

Relevel, LLC
This project worked with Tamara Moore of Relevel, along with the Pikes Peak Retail & Hospitality Sector Partnership (PPRHS). The goal of this team was to create a website, logo, and meet with PPRHS partners to identify what should go up on the website. This project I got the opportunity to lead. During this semester covid-19 arrived and we continued in our efforts of building the website and providing a resources page for the sector partner's. This industry was one of the hardest hit as hotels, and retail locations were basically almost completely shut-down.

City of Colorado Springs
My third Innovation Team is geared towards Electric Vehicle (EV) Readiness Plans for the City of Colorado Springs. We actually got to work with the official "Innovation Team" of our city. The objectives we set forth on this team was one to research what other city initiatives and policies regarding EV are. Two identify Public Private Partnerships (P3s), and three to create a Correlation Matrix incorporating all the information found by the team. My part of this team was to Design & Lead. The results of this project was document containing all of our findings. Personally, I am appreciative of my professor and the City for allowing me to lead and practice leadership & Innovate with my classmates.
